I am an astrophysics undergraduate student at Yale University. I am interested in high-energy astrophysics, cosmology, and instrumentation. I work in Yale Professor Meg Urry's lab on AGN luminosity functions and simulation of AGN image data.
In my free time, I enjoy graphic design, astrophotography, playing games with my friends, and building in the Yale CEID ( Center for Engineering Innovation and Design ) .
My favorite movie is Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. I love the mix of exciting sets, new aliens, and an incredible soundtrack. Seeing Luke Skywalker as a full-fledged Jedi facing his father and the Emperor is one of the most satisfying climaxes in all of cinema.
I love the game Terraria. The game's sandbox nature allows one to do anything, whether it's building a gorgeous house, fighting a giant bee, or building an actual computer.
Betelgeuse is my favorite star. What's there not to love about the relatively nearby, gorgeous red supergiant? Although it's unlikely in my lifetime, it would be a wonder to see the star go supernova.
